Tapes and CDs designed to enhance the listener's faith while providing assistance are available on the following topics:

Beyond Anger Management has helped transformed people with chronic anger problems. It works by addressing the underlying issues at the unconscious level and thus eliminating conscious attempts to reduce one's anger. As a person tends to become angry in less than a second, it isn't reasonable to expect simple conscious efforts to work as well as this approach.

Feeling Forgiven This CD was designed to address the persistent and chronic guilt, shame and self-blame that people who have been sexually abused tend to have. It is also helpful for anyone who has had a difficult time feeling forgiven in general. Many folks have more than a little difficulty allowing themselves to really feel forgiven. This is a way of reducing the shame of being a survivor when others lost their lives or when other serious tragedy hits.

Replacing Insomnia with Natural Sleep The ways that we chronically block natural sleep are things and ways that usually are outside of our conscious awareness. This CD has been very helpful to people in restoring natural sleep.

Overcoming Loneliness Loneliness is one of the most pervasive and destructive feelings that any of us face. Almost anyone who has been lonely knows how painful it is, and how it tends to undermine relationships or even finding friends. This CD alters the experience and has helped a lot of people overcome the underlying issues so that they could relate normally, and even be alone and enjoy the experience.

Willing Will Power for Procrastination was designed to assist people with chronic procrastination problems. It is surprisingly effective until you realize the underlying factors in procrastination. Then you realize of course it would help most people overcome their tendencies to procrastinate.

Nurturing Affirmations This program is helpful for people with chronic disorders that are made worse by stress. For example, it has been especially helpful to people with psoriasis, eczema, and irritable bowl syndrome. However, several people facing surgery and/or chemotherapy have found this CD very helpful.

Achieving Prosperity addresses the underlying fears and loyalties that seem to block prosperity and success. Some folks have found this program very helpful in altering in a positive way their ability to achieve success. While some of these people have wanted financial success, they have also achieved personal success that had been eluding them. Also it is like one man said recently, "As soon as I started thinking outside of the box, I suddenly began to recognize opportunities that were right in front of me."

Dr. Lentz also has CDs that address self-esteem, depression and self-criticism. He has plans for a future CD to address stuttering.

Dr. Lentz is also available for personal appearances and teaching seminars. He can be reached at lentzhome@aol.com.
